Where the Macarons are made?
In San Francisco at our SoMA location
Step inside the store to watch the beautiful and long process of making macarons. All gluten free, the macarons shells are made with the finest almond flour of California, white eggs and sugar, using the Italian meringue method. Then baked for few minutes, each macarons shells are selected to be matched to another shell of its same exact size. Layed out, the ganache filling is pouched, here again by hand, and assembled one by one. Ready to be dressed up with unique details, like a brush of 18k gold on our Salted Caramel, or a nibs of chocolate on our chocolate macaron. Once beautifully prepped and quality approved, Chantal Guillon Macarons are ready to reach the store displays of each location. Enjoy!
